One big consideration would be the additional weight of the hard wood on the floor of the home.
The home is designed to the margin and the extra few pounds of weight per square foot could cause the floor to deflect beyond the code limits, If your home is under warranty, I would not do anything to undermine that protection,

You might want to consider a floating wood floor. They are light and would not require adhesive or nailing, I can't see how it would cause any problems and they look nice.

Be mindfull of the space below the doors, if the floor height reduces the undercut of the door, it can cause heating / cooling problems.
Manufactured homes generally use this space below the doors to return air to the furnace.
