Plastic Siding & Fire

This is a "what if" question. What would likely happen if an arsonist used a flammable liquid to try to ignite the walls of a 2001 Skyline from the outside? Are we safer with plastic siding than wood?

I am in an unusual situation where my next door neighbors received an eviction notice, I am one of the many complainants against them. To make a long story short she threatened to burn my house down today. The woman is very mentally unstable and I would not put it past her to carry out her threat while we are asleep.
