I WISH I COULD TURN BACK TIME>>>>>>I STAY WERE I AM>>>>
THE JOY IS GONE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
If i am unwilling to accept the plan that the dealers haw to correct a structural problem with my modular home.what are my options?????????

can i flat refuse that home an request another
or
can I refuse to buy a home from that company due to very bad customer service/
bad product

I signed papers at the dealer to have the home ordered
and was pre approved for a loan by the bank......we have not had any type of closing process
I was told by the bank that i did not have to accept any thing i was not happy with
and no money had been paid out of the loan

the dealer sub contracted the
set up , footers,block foundation & well........................

I have spoken with a lawyer he said as long as i have not signed any closing papers i have the upper hand.but i am not sure what that entitles

the dealers/ manufactures finally concluded /admitted that the problem is within the house itself.
after all I have went through so far with the dealer and the way they have treated me I hate the thought of having to continue to deal with them, especially having
to start over,,,,am i stuck with them?????????????????????
ANY ONE KNOW???????????????????????????????????

If you haven't closed on the loan and have no money in it you can probably just walk away.gather up all and any papers you have signed and take them to your lawyer. He can giveyou the answer. If you do walk away I would not deal with that dealer again."Fool me once ,shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me"

You said the home was a modular, if by chance it is a Manufactured Home, the dealer is prohibited under federal (and some state) law from selling a home that does not fully comply with the HUD Code, so if there is a defect or damage in that home, you might be able to use that as leverage to get out of the deal.
