Telephone hookup?

I have a fleetwood entertainer series home with the activity room on one end of the home. My question is this. Where do I hook up the telephone line under the house. I have 3 different jacks in the house. My dealer said there should be a door on the tounge end of the house that would be a hook up to go to all three jacks. I didn't see one on the tongue end. Fleetwood says you have to cut the plastic in each section and run a cord up through the floor. How would I know where to cut the plastic? Any help would be appreciated!
