Hello its me again. Thank You for all the information you have given me in the past. After doing research on the internet and reading the questions and answers on this website I dont see that I have any choice except to buy a Palm Harbour home, either a double wide or a Discovery Home. I like 2 of the Discovery Homes plans and the exteriors.

After reading the nightmares of some set up crew installations and the fact that Palm Harbour has factory trained crews I believe I would be a fool to buy a home from any one else.
Palm Habour tells on their web site how their homes are built. Some manufactures seem to want to hide this information and some wont even give you a point of contact with the company. I could never buy from these people if they act this way on the front end how will they act after they get their hands on my money.
Since the nearest Palm Harbour Dealer in Tennseess is 600 miles from Memphis and the set up crew is factory I might walk in your office some day and buy a home from you. At least with you I would feel that you were being honest with me. I refuse to buy a home from a company or a dealer that acts like they are selling cars.
