Cost of Modular

I am interested in purchasing a triple wide R-Anell in Delaware - how do I find out what this model sold for originally 9 yrs. ago and what a new one like it would sell for today??? Do modular homes depreciate in value?????? Thanks.

The cost of a home and location 9 years ago does not have anything to due with its current value...

The current value is in the value of the land/home in its current location...The only way to know what the value is ..is to survey the area and compsre this home with others in the immediate area that might be for sale...or..have an appraiser do this for you...The value could be more or less than its original price..all has to do with the location...my guess is that in your area..it will be worth much more now than 9 years ago..
