used mobile home financing

I've found a 1989 Fleetwood singlewide in great shape and for a good price. It needs to be moved from private property to a mobile home park. I've got a good size down payment, but am having trouble coming up with financing. I need a loan to cover the rest of the purchase, and all items involved with the move (tear down, move, set up, park requirements, paperwork, and inspections). Any advice or recomendations?
