I own a 10 year old 28 by 60 parked on a lot in a MHP. I would like to finance land and refi my home and roll all together in one loan. Can anyone out there help me? I live in North Dakota, but am considering moving to Minnesota. Help!

I want to refi with cash out, I have a 2002 belmont caviler 32x64 with a full 33x65 concrete slab on 4.21 acres of land, it apprased at 90000. I want cash out to consolidate bills. I need LTV of 90%. I currently have a 6% Loan with countrywide. Are there any lenders that can help me?
