Buying a used 1977 mobile home(doublewide)

I am in the market for a mobile home. I looked at this 1977 used doublewide but would like to have someone look at it first to see if its worth the 6900 the man wants for it. here is the problem, he had the utilities turned off as they bought aother home and its setting emply so there is no way to check out the appliances or furnace or air cnditioning. How would I find out if anything major was wrong with it before buying it? Unless I had my attorney drawup some kind of agreement if anything major was wrong after the utilities were turned on that I found out about he would be resonsible for? Any help on this would be geatly appreciated We live in Michigan.

How long has it been empty would make a difference. Did it sit over a winter without heat? You could run a long extension cord to test the appliances but not the hvac and the plumbing. A home for 7k you have to expect something to go wrong but probably nothing that can't be fixed
