Sometimes Dual Pane means that the home has interior storm windows installed. If you can chose, go with dual glazing, or thermo pane windows.
Interior storm windows are prone to condensation.
But make sure that the dealer has it correct. tell him to write "insulated glass"
then you are safe.

Dual pane means in AZ that the window has two panes together in one window. Dual glaze means that the dual pane windows are both "glazed" w/a low e type product as well as to not fade out carpet and furniture.
