refinance plus move

I currently have a 1998 Clayton 56 x 28 double wide on my own land in Pittsburg, KS. My credit is not very good and my mortgage is with GreenPoint. I am looking to possibly get a new job in Rolla, Mo about 200 miles from Pittsburg. The land I currently have was a family gift and is to stay in the family. Therefore, If I moved, I would have to move the double wide or sell to someone and have them move it. The latter is probably not an option since I owe quite a bit more than what I could get out of it. I need to know if there is anywhere I could maybe refinance the home with additional cash out to pay for the move which would be costly. Realizing I have bad credit this may not be possible. I feel stuck and may miss out on a golden opportunity to nearly double my income and help get out of debt and on top of my finances. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

If your credit is as rough as you say...financing a cash out loan would be impossible...You will have to look at other alternatives..how about leasing to a family member..
