Hello I purchased a modular home and had prefab basement installed, before the home was back filled we had a rain strom and it collapsed the basement wall, now no one knows nothing. The home was not secured with straps which were on site , they just used nails. They want to know who is goning to pay for this repair. Do I have any recourse? HELP

There should be a bond on the construction of this home , ask for it and all the insurance imfo, they are liable.
