Refinancing vs Home Equity

Is there any way to get a manufatured home refinanced or a home equity loan. I own my land a half acre in a subdivision in Texas and have 56% equity. I cannot seem to get this done. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot do a "cash out" refi...but you can refi a loan upto 90% of appraised value..

Trick here is to owe that much..try getting a 2nd mortgage for about 24%..then refi the package back into 1 loan..at 80% loan to value you will have no PMI insurance...
