Holly Park Model 105

Hello! I have a 1998 Holly Park model 105. It's 14 X 70 with a zone 3 cathedral ceiling. Since Holly Park was bought out in 2001 they maintain they haven't any specs on the trusses. I'm doing a remodel and the archatect wants to know what type of truss or rafters it has.

I've run out of options. If I can't find the specifications I will have to tear the vinyl and under layment off till I get to the trusses. Anyone know where I can find the specs?

Thanks in advance Ken Dean

It would have a standard "scissor" type of truss. The data plate inside the home, will give you the roof load to which your home was constructed.

You need to know that the trusses in your home are designed to carry a 20# per square foot snow load, and a 8# per square foot dead load.
If you designer is planning on using the roof of your home to carry any another load, you are running the risks for big problems down the road.
