Removal of Mobile Home

My mother has a mobile home on her property that is abandoned and in bad repair. We need to remove it but I do not want her to be faced with large costs for disposal of this structure. Do you have any advice for an inexpensive removal? Can it be sold for scrap? Thank you very much for any advice you may have on this subject.

If the home does not belong to her, there are a number of legal loopholes she will need to jump thru before she can do ANYTHING with it.

I'd suggest she contact a lawyer.
