prefab, modular home

i am searching for a designer/arch./manufacturer of a prefabed, modularized home of installation over water, in a remote coastal area of south louisiana- where there is no road, no electricity and off loading will by accomplished without lift equipment.
any suggestions.

I am not sure about manufacturers in your area....but there are helicopters available to move your home into place...Some years ago..I used a service based in New Orleans for placement of some homes off the coast of Florida..

Those big copters can carry a tank...they sure can carry a section of home..Good Luck
