2-Story Mediterranean Style Manufactured Homes

I am constantly looking for the latest designs in manufactured homes, especially 2-story ones. I live in California and would like to put a manufactured home on my property here but want it to look as site-built as possible. I am looking for a 2-story Mediterranean style manufactured home (around 3,000+ square feet, 4-5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage). I know of only 2 manufacturers out here with 2-story models: Fleetwood and Silvercrest (Genesis townhomes) but they are small. I've scoured the internet for information but with no luck. Could you refer me to any companies and their models that would deliver in California and be able to meet California requirements?

Sizes might be small...but they will build larger..

We saw one of these models at the factory in OR. The Buckeye model. It was so pretty It doesn't have the rectangular shape of a traditional MH. It was really beautiful. I felt like I was in a site built house. It had the high flat ceilings that are so popular right now. It also had a great roof pitch. It also was about $75 a square foot (invoice price)!

The Buckeye is a model offered by Discovery Custom Homes...A fairly new division of Palm Harbor company...

I do not think that the Buckeye is yet offered in a 2 story model...But it is in the growth plan of Discovery...They espect to offer 10x12 roofs and second stories on most of the models in a short time..It might be possible that they have actually built one or two somewhere but nationwide distribution is still a few months off....In the mean time they do offer a 2 story Cape Code model called the Cinci..See the web site above..
