For the past month we have been searching endlessly for a modular home. We have settled on a Liberty Home but are not sure if we are making the right decision. Every dealer we talk to talks bad about the previous brand we looked at. Can anyone vouch for or against this company? Or give me your experience with them?

Our sales rep will not give us a price break down for the house either. He picks up a calculator and runs all the prices together and gives us a "Grand Total" including house + upgrades + taxes + set & finish. Every other dealer we have worked with breaks them down individually so we know where we stand. I tried to tell him I have to know each individual cost for my bank and he refuses by telling me "we don't divuldge those numbers to the customer". Please help!

Ask to talk to his superior.If they insist on smoke and mirrors tell them you can't do business with them.If they don't care about that either then I'm sure you avoided one big headache.

Call Liberty and ask for other dealers with in 100 miles of you home site...One of them will cooperate..
