Does anybody know if it safe to buy an oakwood manufactured home yet.I know cayton is in the process of buying them but not sure weather that has taken place yet?My wife and I have found a new oakwood we really like,floor plan and construction,but just wondering if I should wait until the clayton accusition is final.I would appreciate any input
