schult home buyout?

I was just wondering if anyone knows if they ch 11 bk thing is over yet? And if so did Warren Buffet buy schult homes? And how will this affect warrenties in future homes? We really like the floor plan of a schult model and I wanted to make sure that the dust had settled before we go forward. could you maybe point me in the right direction or list a web-site where i could learn about the changes and who now is what company?

The sale should be final in a few days...maybe weeks...Then Clayton Homes will own Schult...Call the sales manager of the plant where they are built and ask...
