financing a manufactured home/land package

I live in Alabama, and I was wondering if financing a manufactured home/land package is easier than financing a site built home. We had to file bankruptcy within the past 6 months and we were wondering how long we will have to wait and how much we are looking at paying down in order to qualify? Can anyone tell me what steps we should take? Thanks

A few lenders will do a loan in 12 months from the discharge of the bk..Most require 2 years and reestablished credit..

Best to accept the fact that lenders need some idea that you have mended your problems and are ready for a long term finance committment..Rent..document all payments you make on a regular basis with canceled checks..soon you will have a home of your own..
