I was wondering about the material used to build these homes I know there are warning stickers regarding the material being cancer causing material can you please explain?

The materials you speak of, are any basic building materials used in construction today. Plywood, OSB, carpet, vinyl, lumber, they all have certain off gassings, that probably mean nothing to the majority of our population, however, just as food items have labeling requirements, so do the utilization of building materials.
