Basements for MF homes?

We are considering getting a modular home built on some property in WI. We are thinking of having a full walk-out basement underneath. We are considering saving money by buying a manufactured home. Would we have to give up having a basement underneath? Thanks for any advice.

are quite common.When ordering the home you should have the options for a basement planned.
