thermal windows

I purchased an Oakwood Home three years ago, the home has thermal windows, they leak air. How can I repair these and stop the air leak.

It is most unlikely that the window itself would leak air. It is probably the installation of the window, that is allowing air to penetrate from the sides of the window. Pull the window, reset the window in putty tape, and reinstall.
