My wife and I have found several goverment Programs that would help ease the financial burdon of purchasing a home... These programs are not geared to mobile homes however they will do manufactures and modular... What is the difference between a Mobile and Manufactered house... WOuld the Horton we have been looking at be mobile or manufactured... Sorry for all the questions guys we are just trying to be smart about our purchase... You know silly little things like quality value things like that...

A mobile is built before 1976 & pre HUD approved.A MF is a home built to the HUD code.
Anything new, such as your Horton, is a MF home which is be built to HUD standards.
