need input on a couple of housing manufacturers. Skyline Corp & Clayton . salesmaen at each insist they will give me the best . They cannot tell me really too much. any comments or help be appreciated.

Neither is the very best...both are good middle line homes..like many other brands out there...

Decide what you want in a home...the constuction features you feel important, goodies list and size...Check your pocket book and find the home that best fits all of the above...

Skyline workmanship was superior to others like Fleetwood. Clayton I know nothing about. However we chose PineGrove as workmanship was evenly good
as Skyline yet they did not nickel and dime us to death as Skyline tried for minor changes. They would not budge on anything at all to save the sale so they lost it and I am very happy with Pine Grove (out of PA). Good luck.

if neither skyline or clayton are the best, who is????? we will be buying a new home come next spring, so i'd really like to know. right now we live in a horton. very nicely built. no problems. just wondering if there's something better. thanks for your help. have a blessed day.

Can you tell me who manufactures the "Hallmark" brand, or possibly the "Hallmark" model, in the mobile/modular/manufactured homes??
