Dear Expert
            My husband and I own a house we are selling and hoping to build a house in a year or two...meanwhile we are thinking about buying a  new manufactured house and getting it set up on property ( to HUD specs even though we don't need financing ourselves)...I would like to break even on the cost or at least lose less than we'd have paid renting somewhere..My husband says that if we get too nice of a home for where he lives, we'll price ourselves out of the county...on the other hand, I am concerned ( I'm the one buying the MH) that if we get too small of a model it won't have much appeal for sale to a buyer..how do we find figure out what we could hope to get locally for a 1-2 year old established MH?
