paying for closed pool and amenities

I have been living in this mobile home park for over a year. Included in my lot rent are use of 2 swimming pools, a basketball court, and a gameroom. The basketball court was closed for 8 months, sometimes both pools are closed. One of the pools has been open less than 15 days the entire time I have lived here. Do I have to pay my full rent for this?

Thats between you ,your lease and the landlord of the park.If you feel you have a case consult an attorney.Usually its not worth the expense though as you have little to gain if you won.About all you would gain if you won was an increase in your lot rent to cover his legal fees.Bottom line. owning your own home but renting a lot to put it on is a no win deal 95 % of the time.
