Abandoned mobile home

We acquired land that had an abandoned mobile home on it. We notified the lender of the abandoned home. 3 months later unknown people were on our land removing the mobile home and trashed our land and left live power lines there hanging when they took the pole. To what extent is the lender liable? We now have a huge tax bill because they didn't remove it last year when we asked them to.

Do you know if the folks who removed the home were from the lender? Unless you know for sure they could have removed the home without permission.
As far as the taxes I would talk to a lawyer to see to what extent, in your state, the lender may be responsible.
