lease option

I am trying to sell my mobile home and have been told that a one year lease w/ option to buy is a way that I can go and still purchase the house that I want. Do you have any information on this and how it will effect me in the long run. Thanks for your help.

It will work as far as you getting a homne is concerned...but what happens when you leasee does not pay...damages the home..is not able to buy the home in a year...YOU..now have 2 payments to pay..

Unless you understand the risks of renting a home...you should be very careful about this business...It could be very expensive..
