Bill of Sale

We live in Washington state and are in the process of selling our '94 Redman SW. Do I need to type up a bill of sale or is there a place you can purchase a generic one? The SW is to be moved and we don't want to be held responsible for anything that may happen during the move. And if I need to type one, what should I include?

A Bill of Sale, designating the actual agreement between the parties, is always a prudent business requirement. There are preprinted forms that can be used, and then altered to fit the situation, available at stores such as Office Depot, Office Max, and the like.
