Want a mobile home?

To who may I consern:

I bought in 1997a single wide mobile home thru Nationwide located in De Soto. We moved out of town and couldn't take it with us. We tried everything that you can imagine to keep it, but now my wife is unemployed and I can'nt afford to pay two rents.
The mortgage company is accepting the 80% of what we own which is $15,000. Our home is located in Dynamic Park, in De Soto. If you are interesting in taking over this mobile home account (we do not want any money at all), or know someone that wants it, PLEASE! Let us know at [email protected]

Check out the lender section of this web site...There are lenders listed here who do finance on a direct basis...Used home only finance is pretty high in rate and requires very good credit..The bank will ask for about 10% cash down and demand the home have an appraisal...But..financing is available for those with good credit..
