I have been researching several websites on modular homes. My wife and I may be interested in the future. I have not been able to find the average price of a home that is approximately 2500 to 3000 sqare ft. or at least what the average module home cost per square foot. Any help you could give me would be greatley appreciated. We live in central New Jersey Thank You..

I can't speak for prices in NJ but it is all over the board depending on who the manufacturer is and what you what you want. Here, Oklahoma, prices run from $26-45 per foot and can be more that that if you go wild. Most of the time that includes plain skirting and setup but depending on the mfr. Site built homes are $60-100 per foot just as an example.
