reselling older mobile

Hi,
My question is can you resell a mobile that is 1978-1980 with or w/out redoing the electrical wiring and plumbing? thankyou

If you are selling it in place..yes...If it has to be moved..local zoning laws would prevail...

Some areas you could..others you could not sell it at all..no matter what kind of wiring and plumbing it has...

If you have had problems...you should disclose them to buyers..especially if asked...Most homes of this age are sold as is..
