Buying MHP

I am tryng to buy my first MHP park and I am having a hard time finding one that I can get. I live in the east and seems like you need to be connected.
I would like to get my first one in Delaware.

You might try advertising in one of the trade journals. There are also classifieds that are run on a regular basis, by realty firms that specialize in manufactured home land lease communities.
