Where can I get good up to data data for manufactured housing placements in a particular county in the state of Kentucky?

Thanks for your response. The reason for my questions is,we have a client asking us to do a feasibility study on Manufactured (Mobile) Housing in Mason County, Kentucky... Our research using the 1990 and 2000 US Census data shows an increase of only 102 units for the 10 year period. I can not believe this data is correct!
