Sub floor noise

I just recently moved into a manufacutred home. I have problems but on that is very outstanding is a floor problem in our master bathroom. When you walk on the floor in the bathroom it makes cracking nosies. you can stand in one part of the room and here the floor pop in the other end. When its vacant it groans and creaks.
Could use some advice.

Double or single wide? Manufacturer! Permanent foundation or just blocked?
