IS THERE A 2 STORY MFG DUPLEX?

Surly there is some modular manufacturer who does build...or will build to your specs...I doubt that there is any manufactured home builder building this creature....

Check with modular builders in your area...

Check out silvercrest.com. They are showing a 2 story home that is built to HUD code and can be paced in a "mobile home" park. Appears to be a MH home.

Horton Homes builds a modular duplex... and does have some 2 story homes...I am sure it is a small step to build a 2 story duplex....

They deliver into 11 states in the SE...
