Does anyone know of lenders who will finance a manufactured home that will be moved on to private land? My Home is currently in a park and will I do better to trade it in and get another manufactured home from the company I bought my home? Do manufactured home dealers give a good price on a trade in if you are looking at a land home package? Thanks!

I'd like an answer to this, too. I've been calling around for 2 months and no one finances moving homes to private land. And I was told by a dealer that to trade in my home it as to be paid off.

I would like to know if there is a company out there that will finance a land/home package. (not new) I am in Texas and don't want to put anything down and want to finance for more than 5 years! I have fair to poor credit.
