Financing a pre HUD mobil home

I live in the San Diego area and I am trying to purchase a pre-hud mobile home with the land in a park. I am having trouble finding lenders. Do you have any.

Sorry, their are no lenders in US that will finance a pre 1976 mobile home other than finance companys. But expect to pay 18 -22% interest rate and no longer than a 7 year note. Only with great credit.

If the owner won't finance then look for something else.
