Please tell me what financial institution will loan money on 20 acres with a doublewide mobil home on it? I have gone thru several and they are all ready to do it until a few days before closing and then tell me that they can not loan money on more than 2 acres with the mobil home. I would think that they knew the 70/30 ratio from the beginning but apparently they do not. Who does do this kind of loans at a descent interest rate?

Have you called the Regions Mortgage offices I listed in your other thread????

I know they do these types of loans...
