Considering buying
Re: Considering buying
From what I know, Oakwood mobile homes from the early to mid-90s were generally considered fairly solid, especially if they've been well-maintained like this one seems to be. When you take a closer look, asking about insulation quality, roofing updates, and any history of leaks is wise. I always find it helpful to approach these decisions in Bitlife-style: weigh the pros and cons before making a move!

Oakwood quality in the 90s varied, so a thorough inspection is key! Ask about plumbing/electrical updates, insulation quality, and roof age.

Great points! I'd add checking for subfloor issues, as that's a common mobile home problem. Also, verify the electrical system's originality – older wiring can be a big concern. It's like strategizing in Uno Online, you need to consider all your options!
