Hi,
I have been trying to find more information regarding my mobile home's outdoor faucet as it needs to be replaced.
It has the following on the unit: UPC Utopia ASSE 1019A. When I do a web search for any of those terms, I do not find anything. When I do a web search for "ASSE 1019A", I only find this weblink to a forum that will not let new users register on it - https://www.mobilehomerepair.com/phpbb/ ... hp?t=10910
The last post in that thread shows a Home Depot link for an "Outside Sillcock", http://www.homedepot.com/s/outside%20sillcock, which I believe would be the item I need to replace, but I can't seem to find any information about this.
I should also add that I live in New England, so I'm seeking to find a frost-free version.
Has anyone else in this forum replaced their outside faucet before? Or does anyone have any other resources where I can learn more about this item?
Thank you

Re: Outdoor Faucet Replacement
The reason you can’t find much information is because “ASSE 1019A” is not a model number. It’s actually a plumbing standard for outdoor wall hydrants / sillcocks that are frost-proof and anti-siphon (vacuum breaker). ()ksparrow wrote: ↑Thu Aug 15, 2024 10:18 am Hi,

So many different brands make faucets that have “ASSE 1019A” stamped on them, which is why searching that number doesn’t show a specific product.
What you likely have is a frost-free anti-siphon sillcock (outside faucet). These are common in colder climates like New England because the valve seat is located inside the wall so the water drains when shut off, helping prevent freezing.
