Hello All.
I am a first time mobile home owner and ampuzzled by something.There is a ventilation fan about midway on the roof which is separate from the furnace stack.I noticed it running a few days back and it has ran continually until this morning and has shut off now. Is this a humidity controlled unit? Is this common for a mobile home?

Hello,
It might be possible that it is a humidity control unit. Just tell me one thing is the unit on when you are using furnace? I suggest you to call a
heating repair nj technician and ask him about the unit.
