I wanted to know what is the best way to pursue a community manager career? I have experience mananging apartment complexes and would like to make a career move into managing a manufactured housing community... ASAP. Are there companies that offer on the job training?

My husband, Bob, and I have been into property management for over 10 years. We have been here in Vancouver, Wa at a self storage facility for over 5 years.
