Our house is 13 years old. It is a 137C0863K802 model, HUD#PFS597912-913, manufactured 4/28/99. 6 or 7 years ago the electricity in 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and the wall between the kitchen and living room on the living room side would not work. We had an electrician out and he could not find the problem. He said the house needed to be rewired. After researching on the Internet, we replaced one of the bathroom GFR plugs and it fixed the problem for a couple of years. When it happened again, we replaced all the GFR outlets, tested all outlets and that didn't work. Last year when it was really hot the eletricity started working. When the weather cooled off in the Fall it quit again. At the starting of this summer it started working again. We have had another electrician out last Summer and he could find nothing wrong and in fact it worked all the time he was here. We are at a loss.
