MH pee stains in floors

Hi I am new on MH, I just bought a newer but distress MH, I removed the carpet and found big stains and odor of pee in two rooms, seems some wild animal was living inside, the house was left alone for a year.

I don't want to change the whole foor in those rooms I was thinking to put primer or teak oil to seal and block any odor to come up during next summer.

any advice?

Pet odors and especially urine stained floor decking used to be the greatest challenge when renovating rental homes, but modern chemistry has made it easier.

Go to your nearest Pet Smart or other pet supply store and buy a strong Urine neutralizer that contains bio-enzymatic ingredients to eliminate urine odors. There was a time that the best we could home for was to cover-up odors. These products attack the urine residue on the molecular level and do an amazing job.

Once the urine neutralizer is totaly dry... then paint over the floors. I like to use Original oil based KILZ Primer. Avoid the latex based version. If you are not used to painting with oil based produicts be sure to read the directions before using.
