we purchased a 1998 Cavco, {we thought} they delivered a 1996 and Clayton promised us a NEW warranty:
1. If you move it ALL WARRANTY is null. It usually tells you in that contract.
2. If you have shingles blow off in the first 5 years, report it to your insurance every time. If you try to get your 30 year shingles warranty after 5 yrs, they will say it is NORMAL wear and tear.
3. Banks will not adjust interest or refinance because it is not a mortgage.
4. Put it on a 4" slab and check with VA {tiedowns}special rules.
5. SQUEAKY FLOORS ARE BECAUSE THEY BUY #2 HEMLOCK PINE FROM DIFFERENT MILLS AND THEY ARE ALL DIFFERENT HEIGHTS. HUD NEEDS TO CHANGE THIS OR WE NEED TO GET STATES TO INSPECT ALL HOME BUILDINGS. LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR JOISTS ARE UNEVEN, I AM TRYING TO GET REP GRIJALVA TO CHANGE THE LAW OR MAKE THEM BUILD THEM RIGHT. MAYBE DAMAGES FOR CUTTING CORNERS.

If the home you contracted for was not delivered it was your choice to accept the substitution in exchange for what ever you agreed to. I doubt I wold have accepted any switch but you apparently did. The time for you to reject the substitution sounds like it came and went.
Relocating a manufactured home subjects the structure to tremendous stress. Manufactured homes are no longer designed to be pulled over the road but to stay in one spot. It is not unreasonable to void the warranty if the pre-owned home is moved.
If your credit history is acceptable there are several lendoers that will re-finance your manufactured home. Visit The MH LOAN FINDER
The most frequent problem with manufactured housing is that it the home is out of level. CHECK YOUR SQUEAKY HOME FOR LEVEL. It is inexpensive and easy to fix. The operations involved in jacking and raising the home can be very dangerous and should be attempted only by experienced individuals.
