We previously owned a Silvercrest Cottage model, which we really liked, but had lots of problems with the contractor. We are now in a new location and recently found out about Hallmark and were impressed with their quality. Is there anyone out there who owns a Hallmark and what do you think of them?

We closed escrow on our Hallmark Winchester 5 months ago. Our selection was base on my well rounded knowledge of construction, the tour and staff of the Loma Linda plant, and our friendly dealer.
The strength of the framing was evident in the lack of drywall cracks after the home was delivered to our location of 4000' elevation with twisting dirt roads. Hallmark is the preferred brand of our set up crew, the marriage lines are straight and true.
Customer service is pro-active. The home was delivered without defects. We have had no reason to request service.
The quality components and workmanship make for a very fine home.
