After Fleet wood putting my repairs off until bankruptcy was over, I find out they never installed my roof properly.
Is there anyway to contact bankruptcy court for help.
My house purchase was included in Bankruptcy. Call Texas for help and was told they could no longer help me.
Any help appreciated this place is falling apart. Even the carpet they kept telling me it wasn't them but the installer. Finally told me they would give me an adjustment or partial refund on carpet. Next thing I know they are bankrupt.
Thank you for your time.

The company that built your home no longer exists. Fleetwood's facilities and name are now owned and operated by Cavco Industries.
If your home is less than a year old, and so still in the original warranty coverage period, Cavco may take some responsibility for warranty obligations. Contact their Customer Satisfaction Division at 1-800-688-1745 for assistance.
The problem with the carpet is not structural or covered by the HUD construction code but roof installation is. Concentrate on the roof problem.

Thank you for your post. My house is 3 years old.
I really think it wasn't built for us but was either sitting somewhere or repoed.
It was strange. All my warranty papers had black mold on them and the furnace had to be replaced just after deliver because it was bent as if hit by something. THe door I didn't order on the utility room was there. The door to the study they had to add once it was deliver and the sliding door had to be cut in after delivery.
They kept doing little things that would take months to accomplish until finally Texas said, Oh, can't help you they went bankrupt.
